In the subsequent period, a number of memorials have been dedicated to (nazi) collaborators. In 2019, the mayor of the Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankisvsk had a monument built in honour of the Roman Shukhevych, one of the commanders of Nachtigall Battalion, receiving official protest
