Coche autónomo de Google: si un vehículo se desplaza sin conductor, en supuestos de accidente, ¿a quién correspondería la responsabilidad?

En cuanto al software libre, de ahí digo lo de que en caso de ser modificado, la culpa es del dueño. Si algún listo modifica el software para que el coche en lugar de ir a velocidad máxima permitida, corra un poco mas, pues la culpa es suya si es la causa. Si no, siempre esta la cuestión de que al toquetearlo haya podido cambiar algo del resto y ahí pueden lavarse las manos los des arrolladores del software, al no hacerse responsables de software modificado.
Ya veo a los hackers con coche de Google gratis para toda la vida..
