From the Cradle to Enslave fue el primer single de Cradle of Filth que venía acompañado de un video. El video fie dirigido por Alex Chandon, quien también hizo el filme relacionado con el grupo: Cradle of Fear. Presenta imágenes explícitas de desnudez y sangre, siendo estrenado en versiones editada y no editada.

“The Guns of Brixton”, cuenta la historia de un traficante de drogas cuyo estilo de vida era estar sometido a las amenazas de la policía y la ley de la calle. En esta lucha por la supervivencia no había lugar para la piedad, por lo que una atmósfera tensa impregna el tema.

Los bonaerenses The Black Furs, y su propuesta intenta cruzar fronteras bajo el apelativo de «death blues», donde se siente el color caústico de las guitarras, la velocidad del ritmo impuesto sobre el que navegan las harmónicas y donde es evidente ese aroma nostálgico que parece combinar a John Lee Hooker con la densidad de Mc5.
