Account Manager
This is a sales position that exists to provide general sales support to the EMEA region of the Company International Sales team. The candidate will support the Regional VP and Directors in growth and mentorship of the Sales Team and Customer Success Managers.
Accountabilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
• Mentorship, spot training, and support of the overall sales team
• Assist in creating meaningful reports for leadership using compass, power BI, and CRM
• Provide white glove support on large and complex deals from Opportunity Setup, Product and Revenue support in CRM, and oversee customer onboarding
• Act as a second level escalations for order submission and issues, pipeline management, hard renewals, PCT requests, dunning and collections, invoicing issues and credits and legal blockers
• Participate in process improvement projects to support international business operations
• Perform other duties as assigned.
