@mis_cojones_33 No defiendo la ley, estoy en contra de todo este tipo de leyes, y tampoco he dicho que sea justa. Lo que tampoco me gusta que me tomen por subnormal. Es una ley destinada a inversores que no tiene nada que ver con futbolistas ni con la Ley Beckham de 2004. Pretender llamarla Ley Mbappé es demagógico y tiene una única finalidad. ¿Qué Mbappé podría acogerse a ella? Si, claro, y yo también, no te jode.
@mis_cojones_33 Te lo explican un poco mejor aquí o el meneo que he subido, pero básicamente es una ley para inversores, no para millonarios. Para empezar tienes que invertir dinero en activos financieros o empresas, no basta con mudarte aquí y comprar inmuebles, que es básicamente lo que hacen los futbolistas. Se trata de una deducción sobre inversiones y no ingresos que, al contrario que la Ley Beckam, no es de aplicación directa. Y para rematar, solo podría aplicarle a partir de 2025 y con la condición de que en 2031 todavía estuviera residiendo en Madrid. Obviamente afirmar que pagará lo mismo que un mileurista, como ha dicho alguno, ya es de traca. A ver que mileurista paga cerca de 10M de euros del tramo estatal del IRPF.
